To be able to participate in the study, you must meet the following criteria:

1. You are at least 18 years old.
2. You have had at least one confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection or a suspected infection according to the World Health Organization criteria.
3. You are able to attend in-person study visits 2-3 times per year at our research center on the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital campus.
